Piccola Gioia’s objective in promoting this online service is to offer you maximum flexibility in ordering your child’s meals and to facilitate payment for the service, eliminating the circulation of cheques as much as possible.

You can easily access this website by typing the URL www.picocolagioia.com into your browser. Once your account is open, the system will identify you and point you directly to the pertinent information at your school. On the site, you can make orders, monitor your account, and consult your transaction history.

PAPER ORDERS

Parents who don’t have Internet access, will still be able to order meals for their child. Simply use the manual order system (printed forms) that has been in use for a number of years.

For an extended period of time we will still be delivering paper menu’s to your school giving parents time to customize themselves. Extra copies will always be available at the school front office. You must fill out the form and return it before the due date. The form must be accompanied by cash or a valid check made out to Piccola Gioia for the total amount of the corresponding order.

To give the kitchen team ample time to order and receive food supplies please respect the deadline indicated on the menus.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CREDIT HONOURED FOR ANY UNSCHEDULED SCHOOL CLOSURES DUE TO WEATHER OR ANY OTHER REASON. ALL MEALS WILL BE GIVEN TO AGAPE FOOD DONATIONS.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ILLNESS, PLEASE ADVISE US NO LATER THAN 8:30 A.M. & MEAL WILL BE CREDITED.

ALL FIELD TRIPS MUST BE CANCELLED 24 HOURS PRIOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CREDIT
